Yo,
I'm going to be on Roatan in Dec/Jan and am wondering about diver operators. I've been looking over the posts and see many good recommendations. I'm OW and Enriched Air Certified and have 1000+ dives. I'm 64 and dive to see animals. I don't like deep dives and never go over 100 ft unless there is some real reason; deep diving for the sake of deep diving is a bit dumb IMHO.
I prefer small boats with good DMs. I always dive on an O2 profile, but normally do my second dive on Nitrox. I'll be staying in West End and would like to stick with one operator, but am willing to try a couple. I speak passable Spanish and don't need anyone to hold my hand.
Any advice will be appreciated.
