We were there a year ago January, and the boats were in fine condition then.
The resort is not fancy, more rustic, but was comfortable enough; the food was basic, home-style but plenty of it. The staff was very accomodating.
But a lot can happen in a year and a half. There was a rumor that the owners were trying to sell, so that may have had an affect on maintenance and such. Maybe somebody else has more recent info.
