Hi guys,

What are the chances of seeing Rhinopias in Anilao? Are the seasonal?

I dont see many people posting rhinopias on their aniloa trip, mostly see it on bali/tulamben forum.

I've seen them on two separate trips, maybee more I can only recollect two for sure. When they are spotted word gets out where they are and it can get a bit crowded on the site.

Check out Dennis Corpuz on Facebook, whenever a rhinopias is roaming underwater Anilao, there will be an image of the fish on his page. The last rhinopias sightings he published was end of august, 2 or 3 at a time it seems.
He's freelance, I used him as a private guide on 3 or 4 trips, very knowledgeable on everything UW photo, he won his humptieth Anilao photo challenge in all categories.
