Maybe there is some merit in the 'Pattaya way' after all. Pay everything up front and no refunds under any circumstances. At least such misunderstandings can not occur.

From reading the professional response from Eric I've no problem in recommending Discovery Divers to my step son when he goes to Thailand in a few weeks time. If he wants to give it a try.
