Looking back with 4 more years of CCR experience under my belt to that 2016 revelation space/restriction fatality still gives me a shiver. Rereading some of the comments about removing backmounted CCRs, buoyancy, intentionally flooding drysuits, and hypothermia in that accident thread have me shaking my head.
