Request for new Thread - The Legal Sidebar

I think it makes sense to start a new thread called something like: "The Legal Sidebar" which would relate to legal issues involving divers, dive-shop owners, boat operators, instructors, dive masters, etc. I can think of many discussions that could go there. Most of these issues do involve diving, so they really don't belong in "non-diving related stuff."
