Hey guys,
I've got a neoprene dry suit where the boots are about 1 size larger than ideal for me. The guy I got it from was planning to replace them (they were 1 size larger for him too), but never got around to doing it. He included the correct size ones he got. They're not specifically made for scuba (I think), but are waterproof, sturdy, and are neoprene at the top.
I'm interested in doing this myself (for fun and to save some money), but I would like some expert advice. I want to make sure that after the new boots are installed, it's as durable as new and that there are no leaks. Given enough adhesive, I believe this is doable.
What kind of adhesive would I need? I'd also appreciate any other info you'd like to add that may not be intuitive about this procedure.
Thanks,
Pav
