Replacement tongue / nipple assembly for Si Tech Shell inflator?

Thanks for posting this, I'm not sure mine has failed however I have a similar issue. I have a D7X with the SiTech valve, the drysuit hose that came with it works just fine. However I dive primarily cold water and like a larger disconnect. I bought the "DGX EZ-ON Adapter: Turns LP Reg Hose into BC/Drysuit Inflator Hose" and it does exactly what is described above by Dave Plant. Barely any air or no air unless I push the hose further into the valve connector. I thought it was the connector but it works perfectly fine on any other standard style LP connection ti.e. my BC LP connection. Not sure if mine has failed as the original hose works fine, but something is different enough between the current pig nose design and a BC LP connection style that the DGX drysuit connector isn't happy with it. Or it may be the design of the DGX connector. I have two and they both act the same way.
