My LightMonkey 32 VF light needs repair. Somehow, the retaining o-ring was missed, causing the head to partially flood. I opened the head, drained the water, and found no visible damage, and the light seemed to work fine. After replacing the retaining o-ring, I took the light on a dive the following weekend. It worked fine for about 20 minutes but then started blinking and went out. I managed to turn it back on after 10-20 minutes, but it worked for several minutes and then went out. It seems to be overheating. Any suggestions on what I can try before sending it to LightMonkey for repair?
