Wich is the corret kit for repair of it ?

Latest part number I have for a Mk5 kit is 10-105-045, but Scubapro tends to change these numbers periodically. Dive shops in the USA generally refuse to sell parts but I understand some EU countries require shops to sell them. If you can not purchase them in Italy, you may be able to order them from a shop in Germany or Switzerland.

I always get a little suspicious when I see a MK5 with a DIN connector installed. Mostly because they are so rare that the majority of those you see are not genuine Scubapro DIN connectors. In this case the the photo appears to show that the saddle is missing which could indicate a non Scubapro connector adapted to an MK5. A genuine Scubapro MK5 DIN can and should be installed with the saddle in place.

Look again. The saddle is not missing. It has the metal saddle rather than the later production plastic POS. Even an aftermarket Mk5 din adapter would be a good find. I'm not sure anyone ever made them. The Mk5 din retainer is different from (longer than) all other models. The current Scubapro Universal din adapter can be made to work but it required some shims to langthen the retainer and maybe some trimming of the saddle.

I think you misunderstood me. The photo I posted is of my own MK8 with a Scubapro MK5 DIN adapter installed. I don't see a saddle in the photo of the OP's MK5.

Sorry, I was looking at the wrong pic. I don't see a saddle either so perhaps it is not a Scubapro Mk5 din adapter. Other will work OK. Yet other may be installed and they will work (seal and breath), but they may not be properly torqued. I have not tried it, but I suspect the Scubapro universal din retainer will torque OK only it you eliminate the saddle which may be what we are seeing.

The second stage you posted is a R109, you can get the kits for it at Vintage Double hose. You can also get an upgrade kit to balance it, making it a R156.

Actually the model MK5 was for the whole reg set, 1st and 2nd stage. The part number for the adjustable 2nd stage was 109, there's no "R". THe balanced/adjustable part number was 156. So it's correct to just call this reg set "MK 5".

Anyone knows (Or tell me) the correct kit for repair my older scubapro mk5 ?

If you're looking for the kit for your 2nd stage, it's not even worth calling it a kit. You already have the current "duro" poppet, so all you need are 2 o-rings, a 011 for the adjustment knob and a 902 (sometimes 010 fits) for the orifice, and a standard flat 2nd stage seat. You might be able to simply flip your seat over and use the other side if that hasn't been done.

If you need to also rebuild your 1st stage, you'll need the MK5 kit and vintage double hose has those. His price on the 2nd stage kit might be so low that's its not worth chasing down the o-rings.

I'm also a bit curious about the DIN connector, it's hard to see in the photo but it doesn't look stock to me.

Many thanks to all. You're very expert person.

These are another photos from another angle.

At this point, i want to know if i made a good deal :D

I bought it, beacuse is the reserve regulator used by greatest italian coral fisherman although some have more than 20 years. They says it's reability is unique and is easy to repair annualy each fishing season. Since this year, i will start this work (i gather molluscs from seven years) i started looking and i found it.

For not to go further, i tell you that I paid this (first stage + second stage) 60 euro (approximately 68 dollars).

It's a good price ?

PS: sorry for my english, i'm trying to make as few mistakes as possibile but the important (for me) is that you understand me :D

I had never seen a din adapter like that. It is not original Scubapro; but as long as it work....

It looks like it was a good buy.

I bought a few different NON-Scubapro DIN connectors to try on my MK5s before I finally gave up and just waited to find genuine Scubapro. One of the ones I tried looks similar to the OP's DIN. The main problem with using other brands is that almost all use a bottom sealing O-ring. Most would probably work fine on a MK10, but the MK5 needs a side sealing O-ring position. When the MK5 DIN connector is installed the saddle supports some of the torque applied and it does not bottom out in the hole. Most DIN connector I found would allow for a side seal O-ring but all bottomed out before the O-ring was deep enough in the hole for my comfort level. The photo below shows a DIN connector similar to the OP's and as you can see it is beveled were the O-ring needs to go like an MK10 DIN. The O-ring is almost visible when the connector is bottomed out in the hole and O-ring extrusion seems like a possibility. It might be possible to modify a MK10 style connector to work by removing some material from the base, but I would still be worried were the torque is being applied.
