Dry suit repair kit. Two divers on the boat (we were 8 including the captain) I went on this weekend punctuered their suits. The strange part was that I, the only one who wasn't instructor had a dry suit repair kit in my bag. Saved the day when the water were just above freezing and 100+ feet deep.

Wildcard:
Note to self, get a bigger bag to carry everything! Tools are in the Jeep all the time but there are some thing hadn't thought of there. Thanks!

Yep ... if you're gonna be a DM you'll need to prepare for as many eventualities as you can conceive ... remember that Mr. Murphy dives too ...

My "save-a-dive kit" now comes in three boxes ... stuff I use normally (talc, zipper wax, defogger, bolt snaps, batteries, zip ties, etc) ... stuff that I will need if something breaks (tools, spare first stage, hoses, plugs, O-rings, D-rings, keepers, webbing, drysuit valves, duct tape, aquaseal, assorted clips and octo holders, etc.) ... and spare stuff for students and/or buddies who forget something (weights, gloves, hood, mask, spare primary and backup lights, etc).

I managed to fix every problem with the little I had but it should have been a lot easer. Lesson learned!
