I figured the only rental regulators available were the Aqualung "Titan". But last Saturday I was at Two Harbors, Catalina (but not for diving, we were sailing.) and I notice the dive shop at the base of the dock rents Atomic B2 regulators for $30/day or half that price if you are doing one of their boat or other dives.

I'd like to try a few of the higher end regs. out before buying my own. Does anyone know if there are other So. Cal shops that rent the better regs, even for a premium price or is the Two Harbors shop unique?

You might want to try Liburdi's in Costa Mesa, they are an Atomic dealer. I know they have Zeagle Rangers as rentals, which are fairly expensive BCDs, so they might well rent hi-end regs, too.
