I am trying to replace the rubber regulator hose with a miflex hose on my b2. I can remove the secondary from the hose, but the outer diameter on the fitting still attached to the secondary is larger than the standard regulator hose fitting. How do I remove this larger fitting? Do I need to find an adapter?

Take that black rubber "band" from the adapter and remove it with a wrench.

Then get a jam nut:

Atomic 02-0037-3P Jam Nut Kit

And you should be good

Thank you for the quick reply! I took that band off and tried loosening but it was pretty tight and I was worried about cracking the plastic. I'll give it a go! Thank you again!

Lefty loosey, righty tighty. That said the swivel should not have come apart that easily so the fitting still on the inlet tube must be on pretty tight.

If you need a jam nut, I have a used one that I would sell for less than a new one.

Thank you for the offer, but I already pulled the trigger on a new one.
