The "warranty" is limited lifetime agains defects in material and workmanship....it is valid even if you never get your regs serviced.

Now, as for the "free parts policy" - that is valid as long as you have your regs serviced annually. If you miss one year, or whatever, you have to pay for the parts THAT TIME. If you go back in 12 months for the annual service, the next set of parts are free again...and so on, and so on...
