I just recieved my new seaquest bc. I have the air integrated hose in the bc. My 1st stage is a Scubapro M2K. My question is do I screw the integrated air 2 hose from the bc into the slot that the octopus was in or the slot that the air hose that used to go to my scubapro bc. the hose states that it can hold a max pressure of 250 PSI.

as long as you don't screw it in the port that says HP (you won't be able either because the ports are different sizes), you're ok. But, frankly, and no pun intended, if you're asking, you'd better take it to an LDS and let them do it for you.

In the hole your BC inflator was. but since they are both LP hoses...it dosent matter as long as you dont try to screw it in the HP port...which is bigger anyways.

ok, that makes sense that the HP is a different size. I will just screw it in the one that my bc inflator was in. Scubaguy62 everyone learns from asking questions. This seems like a very easy task and i think that i can handle it.

screw it into the port where your LP inflator was.
the MK2 has a not so forgiving config and if you use anothe port it will work but the hoses wont be very streamlined

You're absolutely right, in fact, I believe there is no stupid question, except the one is not asked. Only that when it comes to Life Support Equipment, if, or when in doubt, go around! ;)

Just make sure the the first stage routes the hose so it's comfortable for you. I have a dual inflator/octo also and you may have to release the velcro tab on your vest put the octo in your mouth without holding on to it.

I learned this last night while making some adjustments out of the water. It was not as comfortable as my octo.
