I have AB Biller Sea Hornet Speargun and believe it is a 40"(35" of wood between trigger housing and Muzzle) I believe the wood is teak but was varnished because it shows when taken apart. The trigger has TD Preece & Co on it besides Sea Hornet. I want to refinish this gun to then sale. What is the best way to go about it?

I've taken my teak gun apart and lightly rubbed it down with very fine grade steel wool. I refinished mine with teak oil. I have some old sea hornet guns but never thought of even my older gun as vintage. I see some spearguns sell for a lot when posted on ebay. Some sell for a lot more than they are worth. The gun you have has a pretty good resale value.
