Hey guys, is it pretty typical for a reel to slip when trying to wind it when all of the lines out? Any tips on how to prevent it? It was kind of a pain during my cavern class the other day. It's a Dive Rite cavern reel if that makes any difference.

Thanks!

After you try all the knots, glues, etc., you can always do this. Just drill a small hole in the side, run the end of the line thru it, tie a knot and burn the end so it won't undo, and never worry again.
