hi,
I just bought a reel for survival balloon before I just use a 10 ft line , now I want to try these reels.
I just want to know how to set it up on my BC which is a Scubapro Classic.
Do I just clip it to my BC. a single clip or 2 clips to keep it steady if ever I encounter currents. Any suggestion ? How do you set up our reel?
Thanks in advance. :dazzler1:

You don't attach it to your B/C in any manner.
Attaching it to your B/C could cause you to make too rapid of an ascent should the SMB be over inflated, also should someone come along in a boat and decide to take your SMB as a trophy, you could go for an unexpected and unwanted ride.

Simply hold the reel in your hand.

Hi,
No I mean certainly i do not attached to my BC during inflation. But during diving do you clip it to your BC using 1 clip only or using 2 clips. to keep it in place? or is there any other way?
