Join us for the next lionfish collecting and handling workshop and dive in Miami Beach on Saturday, March 17, 2012, co-sponsored by Monty's Seafood and RJ Diving. If you would like to attend this workshop, registration is required and space is limited.
Lionfish Workshop Pre-Registration | Reef Environmental Education Foundation (REEF)
The workshop is 10:00am-Noon at Monty's Seafood,. The dive is 1:00pm-5:00pm at RJ Diving. Both locations are at 300 Alton Rd, Miami Beach, FL, 33139. The special price for workshop attendees is $45.00 for the 2 location collecting dive, $65.00 if tanks and weights are needed. REEF staff will be along to demonstrate collecting and handling tools and technique.
If you're interested there will be a short review after the workshop to get you certified up to catch lionfish in the SPA's in the keys.
