(Fulfilling my tradition of over-engineered solutions to non-problems.)
I've noticed that when I stow my reef hook in a pocket, not expecting to use it, it has a coat-hanger-like tendency to grab everything else in the pocket: spare double-enders, the bungee loop, and in one notable case, it snuck out the drain grommet to look around. Between that and @johndiver999 's entertaining anecdote, I noodled this during the flight home.
Thoughts, suggestions, criticism?
