For the reference book addicts; the brand spanking new Reef and Shore Fishes of the Hawaiian Islands from John E. Randall is definitely worth a look-see. I was in Borders last week hoping to find help with an electrical challenge (as if any wiring job was not an inherent challenge enough) and the sight of something new in the Hawaiian section caught my eye.
It’s filled with a lot more than 3-sentences per selected fish. I’m just guessing at ¾ -1 page per each fish and coffee table sized to boot.
If it shows up at Costco soon I’ll be bummed, resistance was futile.

Oops, let’s try this http://www.**********/news/science/sc070404.html
This is getting annoying. Try cut and paste, I'll take off the hyperlink. Wierd link, can't do that. Ok I made some spaces

It's a really solid book. I'll be getting one at a student discount, as it is something I would actually use for my major. Probably not what the common man is looking for though.

hhmmmm.....the link is bad :(...it starts www.******

Wiring? how's the rebuild coming along?
:rofl3:
You would ask.
How do I get a box in the center of 3 lights out of a ceiling without destroying the ceiling or cutting at least one of what seems like a zillion wires with the sawsall? Very tempting to just stick the fan on the plastic box and hope for the best.
After 2 months of hard work (I’d welcome my paying job to get rest) it’s looking pretty good. A friend needed a place to stay and moved in last night. But I’m still planning on the diver vacation lodging tack.
Sure didn’t think it would take me this long. I’m solacing my self; it is a solo adventure and I'm a noob at remodeling. I suspect the ease with which I plunked down the $ for the new Randall is also related to it - H3ll, what’s another $100 or so?
