Red Tide @ venice beach

Totaly saturated with work need a underwater fix. Does anyone know if the red tide is affecting Venice Beach. It's here in Naples. I suspect that somewhere on this board that information is available, I just can't find it. May go over to the East coast if Venice is Red.

Looks like medium levels at Venice pier on 9-14. Try this
site for pretty good red tide reports.

Absolutely beautiful conditions at VB-Alhambra this morning. Vis 8-10 ft. and calm seas. Some dead fish, but just left overs, I think. Some stench near the waterline, but mostly from previously rotting fish. Saw 3 flags out when I was exiting the water. Found the usual handful of assorted teeth and one big(but broken) meg.
