They will usually do the Thistlegorm wreck, Ras Mohamed, Straits of Tiran, all of which offer exceptional diving. The five-day itineraries may include a taste of Abu Nuhas, but you should check in advance.

DItto what Jai Bar said. Check out Snefro Fleet and Umbi Divers for short liveaboards, but be advised that this is a niche market and I get the impression that many trips do not go through in the lower season.
