Recs for short duration liveaboard?

Some friends and I would like to set up a liveboard trip, perhaps in the Sea of Cortez in October, but would prefer something that's not more than 3 days on the boat. I found one live aboard charter but the minimum duration is nine days and we just can't do that.

Any suggestions?

Ok, this isn't Mexico, but it's the Gulf of Mexico. Have you considered the Flower Gardens?

Flower Gardens hadn't occurred to me and looks interesting. Neither of the charter operations I came across list anything in November, however. Is that a bad time to dive there or is it just too early in the year to list those trips?
