All those wrecks HMS Repulse, HMS PoW, IJN Haguro and IJN Kuma are all well within Malaysian territory. Seems to me both Indonesian and Malaysian are NOT too concern of what is happening in their water.

Oh, they knew, or certainly the Indo's did in Java Sea. They say a photo is worth a thousand words, so the below should speak volumes. The 'owner' of the barge (in background) certainly doesn't look under too much duress to me. As Bob Dylan once sung "Money doesn't talk, it swears".

But now we stray way off topic you may say. Well not at all............................as I can assure you those third world 'salvage divers' did all their diving on those wreck on air. I don't have on hand right now but can post some photos of Indo 'salvors' working a wreck in 40m on air with the most primitive surface supplied equipment you can imagine, and no sense of tables, let alone a dive computer. No wonder so many succumbed to a 'strange sickness', that they would often come on board and ask if we had any medicine that would cure (their joint aches and pains).
