I have both a DSLR housing and a compact video housing and I was wondering what is the best method of marking it for identification? I was thinking of a Sharpie marker or having it engraved. I'm worried the marker would be removable via some solvent and the engraving would violate the warrenty or structural integrity of the housing. Any ideas would be welcomed.
Thanks

Many people simply put a label with name and/or return address inside of the housing. Often a removable means of identification is preferred in case you decide to sell your housing later and upgrade to a newer model.

Thanks for the input - I Like the removable label idea after thinking about it just in case I decide to trade up on my dSLR....
