My girlfriend and I were in PDC in June. We dove with Reef Quest. 11 dives and we received our AOW. Its a small shop with great service. Steve the owner is amazing.

I would recommend Abyss as well, I did some diving with them as well as the Bull Shark dive in December 2010. A good outfit, They're close to the Blue Parrot.
I would strongly disagree with that recommendation. My wife and I dove with them in July and there were several very unprofessional things they did over the 4 dives we did with them.
