Recommendations on telescope arm?

I was going to buy either the goscope original or goscope extreme but then read a comment about how it's much easier with other brands to swivel the camera while underwater to face the opposite direction.

any suggestions on telescope arms for the hero3 white?

If you think I should just stick with a goscope, should I go with the extreme or original?

I'll use this arm for scuba, snorkeling, snowboarding, and wake boarding.

I just got back from 10 days in Cozumel and used the GoScope Extreme on a handful of dives, and it worked great. It works best to set it shooting forward, and if you want some self shots looking back at you, then you either have to undo the quick clip or undo the thumbscrew and swap it around (unless you have two GoPros and can run 1 forward and the other back at you). It's not perfect, but I'd rather shoot forward than have a lot of clips looking back at myself.
