A couple things.
First, DCS is highly unlikely at Devil’s Den. It’s just not that deep. According to my log, deepest I saw there was 38’ with most dives there being just around 30’. Other problems could occur requiring medical assistance, though. The old stairs would have been a big challenge. New stairs are a bit sturdier.
Second, depending on the water levels, that platform may be submerged. Even if it is, it’s probably best to have someone wait on the platform with the diver. If possible, send 2 others up. 1 should get O2, one should call 911, then head out by the parking to meet EMS. They’ll likely bring a board down and carry the patient up that way.
Though if the victim is ambulatory, best to get them topside.
