LEE COUNTY - Deputies with the Lee County Sheriff's Office are asking for your help identifying two suspects involved in a computer theft at the ScubaVice Diving Center.
On Thursday, May 10, the Lee County Sheriff's Office was called to the ScubaVice Diving Center at 12600 McGregor Boulevard after learning of a report of dive computer theft. It was valued at $700.
An employee at the store told deputies he noticed an empty space on a display shelf so he began to review surveillance video.
Deputies say the video revealed that while a female customer distracted him, her male partner stole the dive computer and concealed it in his pants.
The stolen computer is a Suunto Cobra Dive Computer.
Anyone with information on the identity of these suspects is asked to call the Lee County Sheriff's Office at 239-477-1000, or to remain anonymous and be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1000, call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-780-TIPS (8477).
