Are you a dive shirt collector like I am? I found the perfect place for people like us.

Joinn up and they send you a new shirt from a new dive shop/club/location each month in the mail. The perfect way to round out your wardrobe. :D

Have you signed up Marc? I am very tempted to but still somewhat leary.

not to poo-poo... but i would rather have a shirt from a shop i've dived with... who knows? the shirt you get, the shop may be a big bunch of jerks...

I'm with you Joe. I think I'll wait and hear if this is a scam first.

On further thought, you all are right. Who really wants shirts from someplace you've never been?

not to mention, i kinda see my shirts as a "wearable divelog"...

although, my wife tries to throw out the really old ones when i'm not looking... ;)

I agree. I have a lot of Harley shirts and some dive shirts, just got started diving this year. But none of my shirts have come from places I didn't personally go.

Nah - when I showed this to my wife she threatened me with bodily harm as she thinks I have way too many dive t-shirts as it is. :D

I'm constantly trying to make room for T-shirts from places I've dived. No way I'd want one from somewhere I haven't been, as I'm always trying to go somewhere new.

Maybe they're supposed to appeal to the non-traveling diver? More than likely to the Newbies. But a cute idea, even if destined to fail? :11:

Is there such a thing?

Used to have a HUGE Harley t-shirt collection, and only from the shops that I visited. Alas time has taken a toll on that vast collection to where I only have a few of the most treasured ones left. My racing t-shirt collection of my favorite drivers and events are starting to show their age now as well but the ones that remain give me a warm glow when I wear them and remember the good time shared with my friends in prusuit of speed. Same for the old concert t-shirts of my youth (though the memories are somewhat clouded by the drink and fumes that always were associated with the rights of youth.

That's the way I look at my now growing collection of dive shirts. A personal collection of my memories that bring back a smile to my face not just a bunch of linen that clutters the laundry room.

Personally, even though I like having something from afar I would rather enjoy the memories of how I got it (even if it is a bit clouded :) ).
