I recently returned from stays at both of these resorts - a quick summary and happy to provide more detail if anyone is interested.
Papua Paradise
The accomodations are great but do lack AC. We watched a amazing array of reef critters from the deck of our over-water bugalow. The diving was outstanding as was our dive guide. Raja Ampat is spectacular with pristine reefs and endless dive sites. We were very happy with the resort and the diving.
Wakatobi and the Pelagian
1 week on the ship and 1 week at the resort. Both experiences were extraordinary! The diving in amazing and the resort and ship are over-the-top. The house reef can be snorkeled or dived and is not to be missed. I've never seen anything like it.
Happy to fill in the gaps if anyone is interested.
