The price is $14.99 per copy and purchase is online through a Secure Socket Layer (SSL). Pay Pal, all major credit cards, and debit cards are accepted.
For liveaboard and dive center owners, I can compile a special version for your dive facility including your contact details so that you distribute it as giveaways for your guests. You can also use it in whatever way you like (agents, exhibitions, etc...) as long as it's on a media (not online) and for promotion (not resale). If interested drop me a line.
