At 1:50PM Pacific Standard Time Scuba Board became so slow as to be inaccessible. In order to remedy the situation the entire server was rebooted to clear up any dead processes (the httpd server had been rebooted several times but did not seem to improve the load). Based on log activity it would appear that the server is using all available memory so it will be upgraded ASAP.
