Add this to the litany of reasons why it's best for my own sake to never be cave certified:
Having just hit both coal chute caverns in one dive, I was chatting with my buddies and have come to a shocking discovery. Back in March, we dove one of the caverns (jump to 2:43):

We dove it again in May 2009 (jump to 1:10):

The thing is, despite obvious and signature differences, it never occurred to me that these were entirely different caverns (the March one is at 2:27 below, the May one is at 2:55):

If you ever dive with me and are in the process of choosing a captain/navigator to get you to the site and back safely, remember this thread, and decide wisely
