This thread kinda caught my eye.

I actually got a pair of pink ice hockey gloves (Oh yea, bubble gum pink)

I got alot of ribbing from the other guys but it was all in good fun.

I lead our league in scoring though so it has to be worse to not shut down the guy in pink, my 1st game in em I had 5 goals.

I could wear pink scuba stuff.

I think you are really not a man, until you are comfortable with your feminine side.

Signs of an insecure man and immaturity include big SUV, gold necklaces, designer jeans, the latest and bestest in gears, and alot of badges.

I drive a minivan and wear second hand clothes, so I am comfortable wearing pink.

I have one pink heart shaped weight on my belt.

About 3 years ago, 2 divers were in shallow water on the coast near LA and were fishing for abalone I believe. They were just a few feet apart. One diver sensed this large grey mass moving very fast past him. He looked over towards his buddy and just saw a large pool of bloody water. Then he saw that his buddy's head had been taken off completely by a shark. The deceased diver was a very well known dive industry leader.

Experts analyzed this accident and figured that the shark mistook the diver for a seal. Apparently, sharks go for a seal's head rather than its body. They noted that the divers wore black wetsuits and their movement hunting in the water mimicked the actions of seals. They thought that the colour of the wetsuits contributed to the shark's mistake and suggested that divers would be well-advised to avoid black wetsuits.

So, based on this advice, if you dive with a diver in pink gear, you might very well be at higher risk of being attacked by a shark. Your best strategy may be to look just as gaudy, if not with pink, then how about lime green? :biggrinba

Dear godddd.... what a fabulously hideous story on an otherwise light hearted post!

:)

Besides avoiding shark attacks, I think real men wear pink and real men are HOT. (But that's just my female perspective on things.)
