I purchased a Reactor watch from a dive shop in Crystal River in April 07. The representative was in the dive shop and talked me into the Reactor. I really like how the watch is made. He said the band on this watch would not break. Last week however the band broke into two pieces and feel off my wrist, I caught the watch. I took a picture of the watch and band and sent Reactor the pictures to their email address. Within 4 days I had a new band. I am impressed with that kind of service. I am not home presently and do not have the receipt or warranty with me. They just took care of the problem without question. The band has been re-designed a little, but looks the same. It was the stainless steel band.

I like to see a manufacture that doesn't have 20 reasons why maybe I did something to break it, so they can get out of the warranty somehow. Reactor without question mailed a new band. Great Service Reactor! I have my watch back!

I must agree..I met Jimmy at DEMA last year...the man eats and sleeps watchs.. I have never had a watch where people stop me and ask what king of watch is that before...I do have a Ion which is a bit out of the ordinary...best watch made IMHO..
