I don't care for some of their "boat policies". Since I don't have cold water ocean experience it seems to leave me out!
The really best aspect of diving in Mexico or P.R. is that there is no insurance industry breathing down the necks of operators and dictating "boat policies". In Bonaire you must prove buoyancy control, before the Gov. will let you dive!
