The prices are about the same. A lot of it depends on how many dives you are going to do with a specific operator. The more dives, the less you pay per dive. I recommend scubawithalison.com. I did 18 dives with her last august and am going again at the end of May. In my opinion, you want to be sure that you dive with an operator that is small and doesn't take a lot of people out at once, a cattle boat.
