I have 350 dives with a Novo/transmitter. It connects above water/dry. Clear the transmitter channel. Reset the transmitter channel and reconnect. I mounted the transmitter on a 6 in hose on the right side. Computer on my left arm. To the best of my knowlege I never have had a dropout.
