Dive Raid (www.diveraid.com) is pleased to announce the appointment of Jim Holliday to the position of CEO of their Australian South Pacific Office. Jim is no new comer to the Australian and New Zealand dive scene having owned his own chain of dive retail stores and been in the past the distributor for Sherwood, Aqualung, Suunto, Sharkskin and Neptune Wetsuits. Until recently, Jim was also the driving force behind SSI in the South Pacific.
On behalf of RAID International, RAID Director Terry Cummins said; I have always been impressed with Jim as an individual since I taught him to dive on the shores of Port Stephens many years ago. Since then his contribution to the Australian dive industry has been outstanding and has included serving on the Board of Dive Australia and other industry committees in the 90s to his ground breaking endeavours in both dive equipment manufacturing and retailing. He brings an amazing and highly varied skill set to the growing RAID family. We are delighted to have Jim on board and look forward to him being able to apply his many years of experience to assisting our RAID Retailers in their business endeavours.
