Quick Idest (uk) Question On 02 Clean Validity

Hi all,

I have a cylinder here which is stickered for 02 clean up to 100% dated April 2016. Does this mean April 1st, or April 30th? I need a nitrox fill at the weekend.

I'd argue for the 30th, but the shop that is filling it gets the call. That's assuming that things work the same in the UK as here in the States.
