Questions about the Tech Pocket

hey all
anyone out there using the zeagle tech pocket on their harness?
is the pocket ridged? how do you get it to stay on your harness, as i see it isn't like the halcyon pocket at all?
is it a decent pocket to add to a BP/W, or would i be better off with something like the halcyon pocket that is ridged and is secured to the backplate.

I have a Tech pocket on my BP&W, it sits behind the Hip Dring and this keeps it in place, it is easy to get in and out of and works well for carrying stuff when I am in a wettie without a thigh pocket.
