Ok, the separate living area and the coffee maker were not provided. Someone goofed describing their standard room. It's still a nice deal, altho higher than I paid last year for the same, but I am yet irritated at Hotels.com for their misleading ad. I called, ended up talking with a supervisor in an unknown country - and she claimed that the separate living area was not in the deal. Sorry, I saved the confirmation email. She would not let me send it to her tho. I may pursue this after returning.
Ok, now that I am back - I tried again, speaking with a supervisor from an unknown country. This one gave me a $100 refund, email confirmation already received! I'll settle for that.
