"Greetings on behalf of the staff of the Coral Reef Conservation Program (CRCP) in the Florida Department of Environmental Protection's (FDEP) Office of Coastal and Aquatic Managed Areas (CAMA).
We are currently seeking input from the southeast Florida community concerned with coral reefs to guide us in prioritizing our CRCP strategic plan for the next 5 years. The information you provide will influence a formal management planning document that will be referenced by both FDEP and National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's (NOAA) Coral Reef Conservation Programs when considering programmatic and funding priorities to enhance the protection of southeast Florida's coral reefs and associated resources. We have created a simple online survey designed to both better inform you about what FDEP CRCP is and does, and to better inform us about the actions you feel are most important to protect and conserve southeast Florida's coral reefs.
This survey should take less than 15 minutes to complete, depending on the amount of comments that you would care to share. We ask that you set aside a short time to complete the survey prior to May 25, 2010.
Please feel free to forward this notice to anyone you feel would be interested in completing our short survey. Thank you in advance for your time and efforts to share your views. Please use the following link to access the survey:
