Today my Vytec behaved oddly, and I wanted to see if anyone else has had this experiance. My Vytec did not go into dive mode until I was about 10 feet down begining dive. Then it went into dive mode, but started at 0 feet. In other words, it was registering an actual depth of 10 feet as 0 feet. After the dive, while everyone elses computers registered a max depth of 42 feet, mine only registered a max depth of 31 feet. I dove the same profile as everyone else. The only thing I can think of is this: Right before I descended I pressed the "Time" button (bottom right hand side). I'm thinking this may have caused the computer to remain in surface mode for an extra minute, then when I was a 10 feet it went into dive mode and re-calibrated itself to think that this depth was 0 Feet. I'll add that on the next dive, the computer performed fine. Any thoughts? Just hoping there's nothing wrong with the computer.

I was told to make sure it cycled before going in the water otherwise it would take a little while to come on line with water contacts.
