Hey Scubabob!
Although I have been diving quite a bit since the purchase of my Aeris, it has ALL been in my drysuit. That means I have only used my BC at the surface. So the only thing I can report on positively (no pun intended) is that the hybrid design seems to do what it claims: wraps partially around you & keeps you upright without squeezing the life out of you, even when fully inflated.
However, we are going to Hawaii at the beginning of November. Needless to say, the drysuit is staying at home!
After we return from that trip I will be able to update everyone with a proper review on the BC.
