Add 8 lbs. X7-100 is 10- to -2.5 negative full to empty. I am right on the edge of being a little too buoyant as I am trying to have a balanced rig. I have taken about 10 lbs off my setup and it dives way better. I was overweighted before which made diving not as fun.
