I finally bought my own equipment today (except for a BC), and went with an Atomic B2, Sherwood Wisdom, and and Sherwood Dual Octo. My question is about the Octo -- It indicates you can adjust the angle of the mouthpiece but I can't figure out how this is accomplished. The instructions just say to ask the dive shop. Anyone know how to do this without driving back to the dive shop?

Thanks,
Chris

The octo must be disassembled to change the position of the mouthpiece. You can't make the change while diving. If you take off the purge cover and diaphragm, you will see that the mouthpiece and its "neck" are attached to the rest of it with a retaining ring. It appears that the "neck" is removed, rotated 180 degrees put back in to make the change. The retaining ring would then be reinstalled. I have not tried this myself, so I can't tell you if it is hard or easy.

Looking at the picture on the package, I assumed that all this could be done without tools, while diving. This is a feature I wish it had.
