I'm surprised that following awap's suggestion of rotating the pull dump clockwise didn't fix it, but on the bright side, the plain elbow is better in the long run. It really makes no sense at all to design a BC so that the user is encouraged to pull on a relatively weak rubber hose.

Who knows why dive rite sells wings this way, I do know when you order from them you can specify the plain elbow. I guess it's because dive rite is sort-of-in-between the tech and recreational markets.

From the 2nd picture the tank strap seems a little low. Try moving it up to where the shoulder of the tank is?

Trust me I have, I have rotated the exhaust, I have adjusted the wing on the plate, I have moved the tank up and down and inside out, Doesn't matter...It still hits. I will be getting the standard elbow shortly.
